NPK 12-12-17+TE is a specialized fertilizer formulation derived from Potassium Sulphate, with a substantial concentration of Potassium, Magnesium, and Sulphur, and minimal presence of chlorine compounds. Prior to application, it is recommended to blend NPK 12-12-17+TE with soil amendments and Humic acid.

Production:

SOP Base Compound Fertilizer can be manufactured through the utilization of four key raw materials: sulfur, muriate of potash, phosphate rock, and liquid ammonia. Sulfur serves as the primary material for sulfuric acid production, muriate of potash is essential for SOP creation, and phosphate rock is utilized in the production of phosphoric acid. An ammonia and mixed acid reaction enables the creation of a slurry. Subsequently, through the processes of granulation and drying, the SOP Base Compound Fertilizer is synthesized, following the appropriate ratio.

Packaging:

We have effectively addressed the issue of fertilizer caking by enhancing the visual appeal and quality of our packaging. This involves improvements in the thickness of inner bags, ensuring a tight seal, and optimizing the loading capacity of outer bags.

We offer a wide range of customized packaging options to cater to the specific requirements of our customers. These include:

– Laminated woven bags: Available in sizes of 25 Kg/50 Kg.
– Bulk bags: Available in sizes of 500 Kg/600 Kg/1000 Kg/1200 Kg.
– PE Valve bags or PE heated sealed bags: Offered in sizes of 20 Kg/25 Kg.
– Container Packaging: Can be supplied in loose form or on pallets, with a capacity of 20-27 MT.
